Rome, Italy: The Rest

There's just so much to see in Rome that even after two trips, we still have more ground to cover! Matt and I tried to hit the big places on this first trip, like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Vatican. We also saw the famed Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and went on a few scenic walks through the Eternal City. Oh, and we made plenty of visits to gelato shops as well. You know how it goes.

The Pantheon:
 Traveling through the city:
The Trevi Fountain at night (here it is during the day):
This lovely English couple -- Marv and Beth -- got engaged right in front of us! It was just like the movies. We gave them a few minutes and then got their e-mail addresses to send them these pictures I snapped.
Nighttime walks through Rome are so beautiful:
 Gelato is quite delicious:
We ate breakfast on this patio every morning and it was dreamy:
And speaking of dreamy things, Florence is next!
